ProEdge AI uses artificial intelligence models, publicly available sports data, odds feeds, and statistical analysis to generate predictions. These predictions:

• Do not guarantee any outcome in any sporting event
• Are not a substitute for your own research and judgment
• May be based on estimated, delayed, or incomplete data
• Reflect model signal strength only — not certainty of result
• Should never be used as the sole basis for any wagering decision

Past performance of ProEdge AI predictions does not predict or guarantee future results.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Service. In jurisdictions where the legal age of majority or legal gambling age is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age requirement. By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to sports prediction content is prohibited

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we reasonably believe does not meet these eligibility requirements.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Viewing ProEdge AI daily reports for personal entertainment
• Sharing individual picks or analysis with others for non-commercial discussion
• Using the Service to inform your own independent research

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Resell or redistribute ProEdge AI reports or content commercially without express written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated means
• Misrepresent ProEdge AI predictions as your own or as professional gambling advice
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate the ProEdge AI prediction system
• Access the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where such access is illegal
• Use the Service if you are self-excluded from gambling or have been identified as a problem gambler

ProEdge AI sources data from multiple third-party providers including but not limited to SportRadar, ESPN, StatMuse, Polymarket, and various odds providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee:

• That all data is current, complete, or free from errors
• That odds displayed match those available at any specific sportsbook
• That injury information is accurate at the time of publication
• That line movements or market prices are real-time

Reports may use estimated (EST) values where live data was unavailable at the time of generation. These are clearly labeled within reports.

All content within the ProEdge AI Service — including but not limited to report layouts, the ProEdge AI name and logo, prediction methodology, HTML/CSS design, written analysis, signal stack methodology, and the three-layer net edge formula — is the intellectual property of DailySportsPredictor.AI and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this Service without prior written authorization from DailySportsPredictor.AI.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DailySportsPredictor.AI, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made based on ProEdge AI content
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any report or prediction
• Interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Actions of third-party data providers or sportsbooks

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DailySportsPredictor.AI and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Access to and use of this Service may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
